Precision Digital Measuring 2D and 3D Parts
At Miller Gasket we offer customers verifiable accuracy and integrity for our die cut, laser cut, and water jet cut manufactured parts, utilizing precision digital measuring techniques in 2D and 3D. Our Micro-Vu Vertex 410 measuring center is ideal for measuring very small parts, assisting us in meeting industry demands for tighter tolerances. Larger parts are measured with in-house Planar Inspectvision P150.40 machinery, with a capacity for parts sized up to 43” x 24” x 13”. Our first article testing services augment our already impressive array of process and systems.
All of our measuring methods and processes meet ISO ISO-10725 standards for the inspection of bulk material. In addition to product testing services, we are also able to provide reverse engineering for customers in a range of industries.
