Miller Gasket has been providing a full range of manufacturing services to customers around the country since 1961, including die cutting, water jet cutting, precision laser cutting, and non-metallic as well as metal fabrications. In line with our goal to provide an ever improving menu of value added services, we offer the ability to produce a full set of CAD files from customer samples, or full production capabilities from customer parts. Our reverse engineering capacity employs cutting edge software, enabling rapid and cost effective production with volume levels starting at a single unit. We handle material thicknesses up to 6” in any material, while holding tight tolerances of ±0.001” throughout manufacturing.

Our part to file and part to production services uphold our internal rigorous standards for quality, as well as ISO 9001:2008 compliance, in addition, manufactured units are inspected for accuracy with our advanced Planar 150.40 vision inspection system. Customers from any industry can take advantage of these services.
